Acceptable forms of documents to prove proof of age:

One of the following, State ID or Drivers License, Passport, Birth Certificate, Voter’s registration card

 

TEEN COMPETITORS: Must be 18 to 19 years of age for all teen competitors. Bring copy

of Proof of age to the weigh-ins for verification

 

MENS MASTER DIVISIONS (BB, PHYSIQUE, CLASSIC PHYSIQUE): Must be 35+ years of age. Bring copy of Proof of age to the weigh-ins for verification

 

WOMENS MASTER DIVISIONS (BIKINI FIGURE & PHYSIQUE): Must be 35+ years of age. Bring

copy of Proof of age to the weigh-ins for verification

 

REGISTRATION

GO TO stingreyclassic.com TO FILL OUT ONLINE APPLICATION

1. Applications Due: April 4, 2025 (after the due date a late fee of $100 will be required).

2. ENTRY FEE: $175.00 (After online application is completed, online payment will follow). After

the initial entry fee, you can enter additional divisions for $175.00 extra, per division.

3. COACHES PASS: You will be allowed ONLY 1-person backstage (competitors can

purchase 1 coaches’ pass for $100 during your online registration). Coaches’ pass

includes backstage entry for both prejudging and the night show and free entry to watch

prejudging in the main ballroom. The night-show is NOT INCLUDED, so if you have a

coaches pass, you will still need to purchase a seat for the night-show, if you want entry.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE SOMEONE BACKSTAGE WITH YOU, THAT

PERSON MUST HAVE AN NPC CARD for liability purposes. GO TO npcnewsonline.com to purchase an NPC card. *Add this option during online registration.

4. Additional Services: Add a photo package ($150) and/or tanning package ($175) during the online

registration. Video packages may be available by weigh-ins.

5. CROSSOVERS ARE ALLOWED: YOU CAN COMPETE IN MORE THAN 1 DIVISION. To

enter another division just complete another separate online application and pay the additional

entrance fee of $125 per division added.

ONLY ONLINE REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE (no manual applications are accepted). If you are having problems with the online registration, please contact Rey Ronquilio @ 808.781.1133

During the online registration please include your weight and/or height that you will approximately

be at the weigh in/height check in (on April 17, 2025) based on your division requirements (i.e men’s

classic physique will need to include both weight and height during online registration).

 **POSING MUSIC FOR NIGHT SHOW IS 60 SECONDS ONLY. WHEN YOU DO YOUR ONLINE

REGISTRATION, YOU WILL GET A LINK TO DOWNLOAD YOUR MUSIC BY APRIL 5, 2024 (There will be a $50 late fee for late music). DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE WHOLE SONG! ONLY DOWNLOAD YOUR 60 SECOND POSING SONG (WITHOUT ANY EXTRA STUFF ATTACHED). LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE STARTING YOUR MUSIC ON OR OFF STAGE. “Music with Profanity is prohibited”

-THE TOP 5 IN EACH DIVISON WILL BE AWARDED A CUSTOM NPC STINGREY CLASSIC MEDAL. EACH ADULT DIVISION CONSISTS OF A NOVICE, MASTER AND OPEN CLASSES. TRUE NOVICE CLASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE WITH MEN’S PHYSIQUE, WOMEN’S WELLNESS AND WOMEN’S BIKINI DIVISIONS.

WEIGH-INS

FOR ALL COMPETITORS:THURSDAY, APRIL 17, 2025

***Competitors that have already received their 2024 NPC membership card prior to the weigh-in

and height check-in, can proceed to the front of the line. No exceptions, you must present your 2024

NPC card before weight and/or height is taken. www.npcnewsonline.com

***Competitors are required to have their bottom of their suit on during weight/height check in. All

Suit bottoms must be approved of our Head Judge. If you do not have the proper suit requirements,

you will be disqualified. It is highly suggested you bring alternate suits to weight/height check-in,

just in case your original suit does not meet the requirements.

All competitors must be a current NPC Member in good standing, if you are not a current NPC

(National Physique Committee) member, you can sign up at the weigh-in/height-check. Call Mark

Valencia, State of Hawaii NPC chairman, for NPC membership info. Membership is $135.00, expires

12/2024. To order your NPC card online, go to www.npcnewsonline.comAthletes Cards (Weigh-in &

Height-in) must be initialed as final Division entering as verification upon Weight & Height check. All

cards must be left with the NPC official.

Competitors will receive their numbers and coaches passes on April 18, 2025, at 6:00am at the front

entrance of the Hawaii Ballroom, before the 7am mandatory meeting.

COMPETITORS CHECK-IN TIMES FOR NIGHT SHOW @ the Sheraton Hawaii Ballroom:

* * *The night-show starts at 6pm. It is MANDATORY that each competitor be aware of the time they will be getting on stage (See Schedule of Events for Evening Show below). Failure to appear on time (on stage) at designated time will result in Disqualification The evening show FORMAT is subject to change, at the discretion of the Promoter based on the time schedule of the events (based on competitor count). All Overall Division Winners will need to take pictures onstage after the evening show has ended. Pictures will be used for promotional advertising for social media, website, program and poster.
